Problem :
The brand needed a website that could clearly communicate both its educational services and artisan identity. Previously, information about courses and products was not structured in a way that felt premium, organized, or easy to explore.
There was also a need to build trust and reflect the craftsmanship quality through a more refined digital experience.
Solution :
I designed a clean and elegant website that balances storytelling with structured information architecture. The layout clearly separates courses, products, and brand information while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
The experience focuses on:
Clear course presentation
Highlighting featured workshop products
Strong brand storytelling
Easy navigation for prospective students and customers
The design enhances credibility and encourages users to explore courses or inquire about enrollment.



Challenge :
One challenge was combining two different purposes — education and product showcase — within one cohesive platform without confusing users.
Another challenge was expressing the brand’s craftsmanship and artistic value digitally. This required thoughtful use of spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy to maintain a premium feel.
Research :
To better understand the brand and its audience, I focused on user needs, competitor positioning, and overall market direction.
1. User Research
The main audience includes aspiring jewelry designers, creative hobbyists, individuals seeking professional training, and customers interested in handcrafted pieces.
Key findings showed that users look for clear course information such as duration, skill level, and learning outcomes. Strong visual presentation plays an important role in building credibility for artisan brands. A simple and accessible inquiry process also increases trust and engagement. Additionally, storytelling about craftsmanship creates a deeper emotional connection with users.
2. Competitive Analysis
I reviewed local and international jewelry schools and artisan studio websites. Many competitors either emphasize product sales without clearly presenting their educational services, or provide course details in a text-heavy and unstructured way.
This revealed opportunities to:
Clearly separate courses and products
Improve content organization
Strengthen visual storytelling
Maintain a clean and premium interface

The brand represents both an educational platform and an artisan studio. This dual identity required a balance between structured professionalism and artistic elegance.
